OUR LEADERSHIP
OTIE is led by our general manager, Mr. Pat Marchese, PE, who draws upon over 40 years of experience planning, designing and construction of major civil and environmental projects in the public and private sector. Mr. Marchese has tremendous experience in leading large Governmental agencies as executive director, such as Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District and Department of Public Work- Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Mr. Marchese has also been working for large top-ranking engineering and environmental firms, leading numerous successful projects and large programs, as manager, director, and senior executive. He will directly manage all professional service contracts and work efforts and will perform specific work activities as needed by clients.
Our Board of Managers, members of which are appointed by the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin, has the full authority to lead the overall direction of the Company. Major strategic decisions will be made by the Board of Managers.
OUR PROFESSIONALS
OTIE developed the capability of retaining 30 employees of the Development Division of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin, for project-specific assignments. The 30 professionals have experience in the areas of planning, civil and environmental engineering, construction and construction management, architecture, plumbing design, electrical design, geographic information systems and business development/project management.
In the event that additional workload is greater than our professional capacity, OTIE has developed strategic relationships with several firms that are committed to support our mission. We will use these resources by subcontracting work efforts to these selected firms that have agreed to assist OTIE to gain project experience, build staff, and provide our customer with seamless technical services.
